Name Badge Order Instructions
Vender: Best Name Badges
1) Send Email to: CS@bestnamebadges.com
2) Reference Invoice #: 459200
This can be notated in the subject of the email or in the email body itself.
3) Specify the First Name and Last Name for the badge.
Please note that badges are printed exactly as the text is provided. The text needs to appear in all capital letters. Example:
JOHN
SMITH
4) Please notate the shipping address where you would like to have the order shipped within the body of the email.
5) Templates are automatically sent for approval. Once it has been approved, an invoice and payment information will be generated and emailed. The name tag is $10.19 plus $4.50 for shipping. If ordering two name badges, the $4.50 shipping fee will only be applied once.
If you need to have the proof revised with corrected information, please specify this prior to submitting a payment towards the invoice.

- Name badges are for primary, affiliate and new members.
- Badges are $10.19 each plus $4.50 shipping.
- Badges are 1″ x 3 ¼” in size with a chrome finish.
